I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is superb, very close to the center and near the bus station, making it convenient for exploring the area and visiting Ban Gioc Waterfalls. The rooms with balconies offer a great view and are so cozy. The only downside was the lack of English-speaking staff, which made it a bit challenging to get information about the surroundings and transportation.
